Once your survey is ready, click the Send button at the top right to bring up. COPY LINK allows you to email, text, or instant message a direct link to a thread. Click on the PIN icon to pin the comment to the top of the Discussion list thus allowing you to bookmark important decisions, files or updates that you want to keep top of mind. Start by entering the email address of the person you’d like to send files to, and then add an optional subject and message, which will be included in the email notification to your recipient. Once you have started a Discussion, you will see options to EDIT, PIN and COPY LINK. To send files click SENDS on the upper left corner of the screen, and then click Send Files. If you wish to add or reference a file in your post, click the + button to do so. This is where you will find the familiar grid (or list) of files you’ve uploaded to the Space. See the License for the specific language governing permissions and limitations under the License. Within a Space, please note the three areas on the top of the Space. You can start a Discussion prior to files being uploaded, or with an existing Space with files already in place. This feature was created to help you share inspiration, discuss goals and brainstorm ideas to set projects into motion. Click on the PIN icon to pin the comment to the top of the Discussion list. Discussions allows teams the ability to have all Space related conversations in one place. Once you have started a Discussion, you will see options to EDIT, PIN and COPY LINK.
